“I have seen Dr. William Schultz for 7 years and have taken 4 different animals to him. When I 1st met Dr. Schultz, it was after another vet had failed to repair a tear. My previous vet operated, but it didn’t hold. He went in a second time, that didn’t repair the problem. So I went to Dr. Schultz. He did the repair, and most importantly 7 years afterwards it was still holding. I do recommend him to anyone needing a vet. He’s taken care of 2 cats, one with kidney failure and was able to keep him alive until the end. He takes the time to understand. Dr. William Schultz is patient, sympathetic…and during the process he’s right there with us, sometimes holding a hand. I’ve tried a lot of different places, but I would say he is one of the top 2 vets in the whole of the United States.”
“I think he is a very caring doctor for animals. Dr. William Schultz is very knowledgeable. He seems to know everything there is to know. Dr. Schultz keeps up on his education, and always is on the cutting edge. I have been taking my animals to him for over twenty years, and I have all the faith in the world in him and his staff. I would recommend Dr. William Schultz to everyone, and there isn’t anyone else that’s close. People I recommend to him always say they feel like they are special. He’s a very special vet to me.”
“Dr. William Schultz DVM is completely different from any other veterinarian. He spends time with me, making sure I understand what’s going on with treatment. He asks if you have questions, and takes the time to answer them. That’s unique. It’s the cleanest veterinarian clinic I’ve ever been in. We’ve had Dr. William Schultz as our vet since 1982, and I consider him the best vet ever. If he were a ‘people doctor’ he’d be my doctor. I trust him completely.”
“I have seen the doctor for fourteen years, and I’ve taken five animals to Dr. William Schultz. All of my dogs have been Chows, some were rescues. I had one that had a brain tumor, and one had liver cancer. I now have one for three years. I took her to Dr. Schultz because I was having her fixed, and he noticed she had a heart murmur. So he sent her to a heart specialist and we found out that she has two holes in her heart. She was only supposed to live for another 6-8 weeks. They said that she’d never see her first birthday, but thanks to Dr. William Schultz she will be four in May. That’s the kind of vet she is. He monitors her every month, and very seldom does he ever charge me for it. Dr. Schultz is really fascinated with her, because she shouldn’t be able to stay alive because of the size of her heart. I work for a lady who has a prized Newfoundlander who has been to Westminster and Dr. William Schultz is the vet for that dog. He is so good. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If he’s not there, I’m not having dogs!
Dr. William Schultz cares 100% about the animals. Not the money, not anything else. His first concern is about those animals. He’s the best vet ever.”
“Dr. Schultz of the Schultz Veterinary Clinic is a veterinarian who is able to make you feel that your pet is the most important pet in the world. He takes as much time as is necessary with every decision that needs to be made, providing full and concise information so that an informed decision can be made. From a personal standpoint, Dr. Schultz worked tirelessly to save my 17-month old puppy staying up all night long in an effort to keep him stabilized and I feel confident in saying that he would do it all over again. He has taken care of all our dogs and cats for the past 25 years and has never failed to give us recommendations that are based on the best interests of the pet and on common sense. We would never take our pets anywhere else.”
“I’ve been taking my dog (yes, he’s “just” a pet, not a show dog) to Dr. Malinak at Schultz and have been very pleased. The vet and vet techs have always been helpful and informative. I would trust them with my dog’s life — in fact, I have. When I was out of the country for 2 weeks, my silly puppy ate something he shouldn’t have outside and it made him very sick. Dr. Schultz handled the procedure on a Saturday for a totally reasonable $100 and gave both me and my pet-sitting friends piece of mind.”
“We have a FEMA diaster search dog. He ate a cat toy. After a day of being mopie he was taken to Schultz Vet clinic. The doctors there diagnosed the problem and took him to immediate surgery and saved his life. The compassion and professionalism shown was second to none. Because of the outstanding service we received, this K9 will be available to the community for future search and rescue operations.”
“We have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Schultz for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Both the doctors and the techs are top notch, and the clinic has all the latest equipment. Dr. Schultz has made himself available to us evenings and weekends on several occasions when we had a critically ill animal, and he always seems to be well informed about recent advances in treatment. Services there tend to be a little pricey, but we feel it’s worth it.”
“I would not take my dogs to any other vet except those at Schultz’s – particularly Dr. Malinak. One of my dogs has not been well for a year and although he has been diagnosed with 2 different problems, there is something else wrong that is causing him to lose 25% of his body weight. Dr. Malinak has been tenacious in her dealings with him and refuses to give up. We have been to MSU for testing on 2 different occasions with no clear diagnosis, and while another vet would throw up their hands and cry “Uncle”, Dr. Malinak keeps trying other methods, diets and medications. She contacts me weekly for updates, and has given me her cell number so I can contact her with any concerns or emergencies. This is the type of care you can expect at this clinic.”
